  I love Professor Zannella. She is an amazing Professor. Her lectures are wonderful and thorough. She made the class so inclusive and fair so that everyone can pass with a good grade. I totally recommend her class.

  Best professor i have ever had at yorku. She is amazing and cares so much for her students to succeed. She will sit down with you and read your whole paper and give feedback to you to make sure to perfect any flaws. Even during the strike, she reached out and took time out of her day to make sure we got all the support we needed. Genuinely wow.

  Writing courses are naturally challenging, but Dr. Zannella made it easy. There are many opportunities to get feedback. The lectures are engaging and necessary for writing a good paper. It is normal to be anxious at first, but I promise you will become much more confident after some time because the course progresses step by step.

  Best professor I've had at York U hands-down. Dr. Zannella goes above and beyond with her students in order to make sure that everyone understands and genuinely enjoys the course content that she teaches. She's super motivating, funny and will answer all your questions/concerns without hesitation. If I can take the course again, I would!

  Dr. Zannella is truly an amazing prof. She provides all of the nessessary tools to help students succeed, and she truly wants each of her students to do well. Her and the TA's provide very detailed feedback, and really strives to better her students abilities. Take her class! #slay

  I was scared to be in this class when I saw 50% of our mark was writing an essay. But the other 50% is completion and it is so light. The essay is broken down into many components so it makes it easier in the end. You will succeed in this class as long as you follow the instructions and feedback you receive.

  I was dreading this writing course until after the first class with Dr. Z. She is very flexible and cares about her students but also makes sure it is fair to everyone. I liked that you get to submit your final essay three times for feedback. She also gives freebies and extension coupons which saved me.

  Dr. Zannella is a very compassionate and hardworking professor. She makes her slide extremely detailed so that students can understand and review their work outside of class. She is easy to contact after class hours and puts a lot of effort into making students successful. Fantastic class. I would heavily recommend taking her course!
